Coir
Net
Raw coconut fiber is twisted into single or double yarns (two twisted fibers), then woven by loom into coir nets based on specifications required by customers. Coir nets is mainly used to cover bare hills, road slopes and preventing soil erosion.
It effectively keeps the soil in place through the heaviest of rains then gradually promoting the growth of vegetation over the years the and finally being biodegradable which is disintegrating in to the soil harmlessly.
Soil erosion is a naturally occurring process that affects all landforms. In agriculture, soil erosion refers to the wearing away of a field's topsoil by the natural physical forces of water and wind, And Coir Nets are the effective way to prevent sil erosion in gardens and farms.
COIR
ROPE
Coir Rope is used for insulation and packaging. The major use of white coir is in rope manufacture. Mats of woven coir fibre are made from the finer grades of bristle and white fibre using hand or mechanical looms. White coir also is used to make fishing nets due to its strong resistance to saltwater.
Its also used in gardening, fencing, mountaineering, knotting boats, lifters etc...
Coco peat / Coco Fiber Pith is a natural fibre made out of coconut husks. The extraction of the coconut fibre from husks gives us this by-product called coco peat.
Coco peat or Coir Fiber Pith is derived as a byproduct in the process of fiber extraction from the Husk of the coconut. The Eco-friendly material Coco peat is a 100% natural growing medium. Coco peat is dried under natural sunlight, and processed to produce various growing mechanisms. Coco peat has a highly porous material structure. Hence Coco peat can absorb large volumes of water. Generally Coco peat can absorb water about half of its volume and 5 to 6 times its weight. Coco peat has great oxygenation properties. That makes Coco peat rooting solutions highly suitable for potting mixtures.
COCO
PEAT
Coco peat products can be mixed with fertilizers and nutrients according to the specific requirements of the plants.
CoiR Felt
Coir felts are non-woven fabric made out of 100% coir fibre. The fabric is composed of coir fibre randomly needle punched to the desired degree of compaction. The coir felts have excellent moisture absorption and retention characteristics and form an ideal medium for plant growth. The fibre is mechanically bonded or interlocked to form a continuous length of sheet. No bonding material is used in the manufacture process.
Coir needle felt is generally used as mattress material, plant liners and other high end garden articles. This is also being used as insulation pads, geo textiles and organic mulch.
Landscaping Sheets
Coir landscaping sheet is a 100% natural bio degradable felt manufactured from a specially designed high density reinforced needle punched coir fibre for extra stability.
